What started as a dream of a sparkling new bathroom quickly turned into a living nightmare. Just about all step of the renovation process was plagued with setbacks. First, the plumber we selected proved to be a total disaster. Then there were the constant delays. Materials arrived late. The designlooked nothing like what we wanted. We even had to
